Women in Jazz is a 501(c)3 organization. Donate your tax-deductible contribution or become a sponsor to help fund Women in Jazz adult and youth programs, workshops, and concert series.
Our Purpose: Why Donate?
The purpose of Women in Jazz Association is to perpetuate the appreciation and performance of traditional jazz vocal and instrumental music. As vocal jazz is a declining art form, this purpose is charitable — the protection and preservation of a valuable art form called jazz. It is through concerts, educational workshops, youth programs and performance opportunities of singers that provide the means to the end — perpetuate vocal jazz music. We thank you for your contribution to our organization!
Your Sponsorship Will Help:
- The cost of producing and advertising Adult and Youth Concerts.
- Mentorships & education for youth jazz vocalists and instrumentalists.
- Free student registration to attend a Women in Jazz Youth Workshop.
- The cost of rehearsal space rental for youth concert preparation.

Sponsorship
Regional and Local Corporate supporters may sponsor the Women in Jazz Association at several participation levels to support event programming and operations. Sponsors, at different levels, enjoy brand acknowledgement on marketing materials and promotional activities, VIP event passes, event program advertisements, and more.

- Mail us a check at your preferred level of sponsorship and make a pledge via our online form below.
Sponsorship Levels
Patron Support – up to $500
Patron support includes Early-Bird (pre-public) announcements to events for best seating offers before publicly announced.
Bronze Sponsor – $500
- Acknowledgment as a Bronze Sponsor
- Two standard complimentary passes at an upcoming Women in Jazz Concert
- Exposure and Recognition as a sponsor on the Women in Jazz Association, Inc. website
Silver Sponsor – $1,000
- Acknowledgment as a Silver sponsor on marketing materials and pre-event promotional activities
- VIP seating at an upcoming event for two complimentary passes to a select Women in Jazz Concert Series (based on availability at time of donation)
- Exposure and recognition on the Women in Jazz website for one year
Gold Sponsor – $1,500
- Acknowledgment as a Gold sponsor on marketing materials and pre-event promotional activities
- VIP seating at an upcoming event for four complimentary passes to a select Women in Jazz Concert Series (based on availability at time of donation)
- Half-page ad or Company Logo in Women in Jazz Performance programs
- Exposure and Recognition of Company on the Women in Jazz website for one year
Platinum Sponsor – $2,500
- Acknowledgment as the Signature Sponsor for workshops and concerts
- Select VIP seating at an upcoming event for eight complimentary passes to a select Women in Jazz Concert Series
- Full-page ad in Women in Jazz Performance programs (when available)
- Invitations to Women in Jazz Social and Special events
